With four percentages on one page the first question is whether they add up. Mostly they do not, and it is better to say so here than at checkout.

Using a code
Only the first-month offer has one. The button on that card puts it on your clipboard; the other three are already priced in.
This is the step people miss. A yearly discount will not apply to a monthly order, and the reverse is also true.
The promo box sits on the checkout page above the total. The figure should change as soon as you apply it — if it does not, the code did not take.

Almost always the billing cycle. The yearly discount needs an annual term selected before it will take, and the first-month code needs a monthly one. Check the cycle first, then the spelling.
