Real 33 and Real 39 are the pair worth remembering. One answers from Singapore, the other from London, and nothing but the number separates them. If your group is not in this table, send us the name from your terminal's login window and we will measure it before you order.

Real 33 and Real 39 are the pair to remember
These two group names sit next to each other and could not be further apart. Real 39 answers from London at 1.30 ms. Real 33 answers from Singapore. Nothing in either name says so.
A trader who reads "XMGlobal-Real" and assumes London is right five times out of seven on our measurements — and badly wrong the other two. Read the number, not the prefix.
Most groups are in London, and one is in Canada
Of the seven groups we have measured, five answer from London: Real 39, Real, MT5, XM.COM-MT5 and Demo. Real 33 is Singapore and MT5 13 is Beauharnois, in Quebec.
We run nodes in all three, so whichever you are on there is a city close to it. The point is simply to know which before you order rather than after.
XM.COM and XMGlobal are different entities
The prefix on your server tells you which company holds your account. XM.COM and XMGlobal are separate entities with separate licences, and which one you were onboarded to depends on your country.
It changes your leverage cap and what protections apply more than it changes your latency — both of the groups we measured on those two prefixes answer from London. Worth checking on their site which one you signed up to.
The demo group tells you nothing about your live one
XMGlobal-Demo answers from London. That stays true whichever live group you are later placed on, so testing against demo and ordering a London VPS is a guess rather than a measurement.
