Before you put a site on it
Is this the same as a Forex VPS?
No, and they are not interchangeable. Hosting runs websites; a VPS runs your terminal. MT4 and MT5 will not run on shared hosting — if that is what you are after, the VPS plans are the ones you want.
Can I put my domain on it?
Yes, and if you registered it with us there is nothing to configure. A domain from elsewhere needs its nameservers changed, which takes a few hours to spread.
What is the money-back period?
14 days, the same as everything else here.
Can I move up a plan later?
Yes, at any point, and you are charged the difference rather than starting again. Nothing is rebuilt and no site goes down.
Why is the monthly price the dearest?
Because a longer term costs us less to serve and bill, and that saving is passed on rather than kept. Monthly is there for people who want it, not to be the good deal.
What does reseller hosting give me instead?
WHM, where you create accounts and set your own limits, and your clients get cPanel. The VPS reseller programme is a different thing again — that one sells machines rather than websites.
