Questions people ask before joining
Do I need technical skills?
No. You pick a plan and a city, and the machine is built and configured for you. If a client gets stuck, our team can answer them under your name — you never have to explain what RDP is.
What do my clients see?
Your brand and nothing else. Logins, emails and the storefront all carry your name. We do not contact them, market to them, or appear on anything they receive.
How do I set prices, and who takes the payment?
You set them, with no ceiling and no floor from us. On Wallet and API you invoice your clients however you already do. On Storefront they pay into your payment accounts directly — the money never passes through us.
What happens if my wallet runs empty?
Renewals stop rather than failing silently, and the panel warns you before it happens — the dashboard shows what renews in the next seven days and whether the balance covers it. Top up and everything continues.
Is my deposit refundable?
Your balance stays yours as wallet credit and buys VPS whenever you want it to. It is credit rather than a fee, so it does not expire while your account is active. Ask us before depositing a large amount if you need the exact terms in writing.
Can I move clients from another provider?
Yes, and most people arrive that way. Tell us how many and which cities and we will help you plan the move so your clients see one changeover rather than several.
Where do you actually run the machines?
Our own network across 43 cities — London, New York, Frankfurt, Singapore, Tokyo and the rest. Not resold from somebody else, which is why we can quote you a wholesale rate at all.
