FxSVPS provides VPS hosting and infrastructure services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Method

Refunds are generally issued as account credit. In certain eligible cases, refunds may be issued to the original payment method at FxSVPS’s discretion and in accordance with applicable payment processor policies.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

• Service not provisioned within the promised timeframe due to technical reasons
• Duplicate or accidental double payment
• Billing errors confirmed by our billing team
• Order cancellation before service activation

Issued credits may be used for future purchases, renewals, or upgrades within the FxSVPS platform.

3. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

• Requests made after service activation and usage
• Customer dissatisfaction without a verifiable technical issue
• Performance expectations related to trading results or profits
• Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and account termination.

5. Service Disclaimer

FxSVPS is a VPS hosting provider only. We do not offer trading, brokerage, investment, or financial advisory services. All trading decisions and associated risks remain solely with the customer.
