Refund Policy (14-Day Conditional Refund Policy)

FxSVPS provides VPS hosting and infrastructure services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee (Limited & Conditional)
FxSVPS offers a 14-day conditional refund policy for eligible new orders only. Refunds are not automatic and will only be reviewed if the request fully complies with this policy.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
- Service was not provisioned within the promised timeframe due to technical reasons.
- Duplicate or accidental double payment confirmed by our billing team.
- Major service-related technical issues that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
- Order cancellation requested before the VPS is fully activated or substantially used.
- Verified infrastructure-side issues directly caused by our platform.
Approved refunds may be issued as account credit or, in limited cases, to the original payment method at FxSVPS's discretion.
3. Non-Eligible Refund Cases
- Requests submitted after the 14-day refund window has expired.
- Services that have been actively used for trading, automation, bot activity, or continuous live operation.
- High CPU, RAM, disk, bandwidth, or sustained system usage during the review period.
- Customer dissatisfaction without a verified technical fault on our side.
- Performance expectations related to trading results, broker execution, latency expectations, or profitability.
- Incorrect plan selection made by the customer.
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Refund abuse, repeated refund requests, or a pattern of ordering and canceling services.
- Payment gateway, currency conversion, blockchain, or third-party processing fees.
4. Anti-Abuse & Fair Usage Review
To protect against abuse, every refund request is manually reviewed using service logs, deployment records, login activity, and resource usage data.
- Refund eligibility requires usage to remain within normal testing limits only.
- Accounts showing heavy trading activity, continuous runtime, or excessive resource consumption may be disqualified.
- FxSVPS reserves the right to deny refunds where service value has already been substantially consumed.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are generally issued as account credit. In certain approved cases, a refund may be sent to the original payment method, subject to payment processor rules, gateway limitations, and internal review.
- Gateway fees, transaction fees, and non-recoverable processing charges may be deducted.
- Crypto payments may be refunded as account credit only unless otherwise approved.
- Approved credits may be used for future purchases, renewals, or upgrades within the FxSVPS platform.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are strongly encouraged to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback or dispute.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension.
- Accounts involved in abusive disputes may be permanently restricted or terminated.
- Any open refund request becomes void if a chargeback is initiated before internal review is completed.
7. Service Disclaimer
FxSVPS is a VPS hosting provider only. We do not provide trading, brokerage, investment, or financial advisory services.
- We do not guarantee trading profits, broker-side performance, or specific financial outcomes.
- All trading decisions, platform use, and associated risks remain solely the customer's responsibility.
8. Final Decision
All refund requests are reviewed manually by our team. FxSVPS reserves the full right to approve, partially approve, convert to credit, or deny any refund request based on system logs, payment records, policy compliance, and abuse-prevention review.
