n8n VPS

Workflows that run whether you are watching or not.

A schedule fires at three in the morning and a webhook arrives whenever the other system feels like it. Both need a machine that is already awake, with an address that does not change — which is most of what self-hosting n8n actually requires.

From $2.97/mo on a yearly cycle · 1 GB runs a modest instance

Six sizes, and uptime is the part that matters.

A workflow engine earns its keep by being awake when nobody is looking. Every plan here carries the same 99.99% and the same IPv4.

Every plan here undercuts its Windows counterpart — because there is no Microsoft licence inside it. That is the whole difference: same hardware, same cities, same support.

12 distributions. Here is when each one is right.

Any of them, on any plan, reinstallable from your panel in about five minutes.

Install something

Order to root

Ninety seconds, and none of it waiting on us.

Nothing is approved by hand and nothing is queued. The only slow part is you deciding which city.

01 Order

Pick a size and a city

One gigabyte runs a modest instance. Pick the city nearest the services you call most, not nearest you.

0:00
02 Key

Paste your public key

We never set a root password unless you ask. The key is safer and takes the same ten seconds.

0:01
03 Build

The machine builds itself

Ninety seconds on a KVM guest with its own kernel. Nothing to approve, nobody to wait for.

0:02
04 Install

docker compose up -d

The documented compose file, then a subdomain and certbot. Webhooks need HTTPS, so that part is not optional.

0:03

Nothing is preinstalled. A clean distribution and root is easier to trust, and easier to rebuild, than an image we have already changed.

In your panel, not in a ticket queue

Six tools you will use every week.

Buttons you press yourself, included on every plan — this one too. There are more than twenty in the panel; these are the ones that change the day.

Executions are not metered

Self-hosted, the count is between you and the machine. A workflow that polls every minute costs the same as one that runs weekly.

01

A webhook address that stays

One IPv4 with the plan, and it does not rotate. Register it once with the service on the other end and leave it there.

02

It is awake at 03:00

Schedule triggers only fire if something is running. A laptop that sleeps is the usual reason a workflow silently stops.

03

Your own credentials store

API keys sit encrypted on your disk rather than on somebody else's. For anything touching customer data that is often the whole argument.

04

Queue mode when it grows

Redis and worker processes on the same box, or split across two. Nothing about the setup is capped from our side.

05

Community nodes install

npm packages into the n8n container, custom nodes of your own, whatever the workflow needs. Root means no approval step.

06

Twenty more sit alongside them — reboots, graphs, hostname changes, Windows Update control, time zone sync. The cheapest machine has the same panel as the most expensive. See how each one works →

Before you spend anything.

The questions our support desk actually receives, answered plainly.

One gigabyte carries a modest instance. What raises it is what the workflows do — pulling large files through a node, or running several executions at once, needs more than the editor itself ever will.
It depends on how much you run. Cloud charges by executions, self-hosting does not, so a workflow polling every minute changes the arithmetic completely. Below a few thousand executions a month, Cloud is often simpler and not much dearer.
In practice yes. Most services will not send to a plain HTTP endpoint. A subdomain, nginx and certbot take about fifteen minutes and renew themselves afterwards.
Yes, if you run it under Docker with a restart policy or a systemd unit. The data lives in Postgres or SQLite on your disk either way.
Yes. Install them into the container as you would locally. Root means nothing needs our approval first.
No. You get a clean distribution with full root, and the documented compose file does the rest. An unmodified system is easier to trust than one we have already changed.
Yes, once a month at no charge. The IP changes when you do, so re-register any webhooks that point at it.

Still unsure which plan or which city? Send us your broker's account server name and we will measure it before you buy.

Latency around LD4 and Amsterdam is excellent — orders feel instant. We moved four accounts across and none of them noticed a thing.

Clear pricing and low latency. Migration was seamless — they moved the whole thing over a weekend and the renewal price has not moved since.

The Amsterdam route feels snappy and support solved my request quickly. Four stars only because I would like a German node closer to my broker.
