How to Connect Your Forex VPS from Android (Step-by-Step)

What You Need

• VPS IP address (from your delivery email)
• Username: Administrator
• Password: from your delivery email
• Microsoft Remote Desktop app from Google Play

Install Microsoft Remote Desktop

1. Open Google Play on your Android phone or tablet.
2. Search for Microsoft Remote Desktop by Microsoft.
3. Tap Install → then Open.

Add Your VPS (IP & Credentials)

1. Tap the + button → select Add PC.
2. PC name: enter your VPS IP address.
3. User account: choose Add user account → enter Administrator and your password → tap Save.
4. (Optional) Friendly name: example: FxSVPS-NY-VPS.

Connect & Session Controls

1. Tap your saved PC card to start connecting.
2. If a certificate warning appears, tap Accept.
3. Use the top toolbar (⋯ menu):
   • Toggle between Touch and Mouse modes
   • Tap the Keyboard icon to show or hide the keyboard
   • Tap Home to minimize the session without disconnecting

Recommended Settings

• Display: Reduce resolution or fit to device if your connection lags.
• Bandwidth: Turn on Optimize for low bandwidth.
• Clipboard: Enable copy/paste between Android and VPS.

First Login Checklist

• Pause Windows Updates during trading hours.
• Time zone: set to your broker’s time or UTC.
• Install MT4/MT5 and sign in with your broker credentials.
• Auto-start terminal: put shortcut in shell:startup.
• Security: Keep Windows Defender on; allow only trusted programs.
