How To Cancel My VPS service From FxSVPS Client Area
FXS VPS allows clients to submit service cancellation requests directly from the client area dashboard. This guide explains how to open your active VPS service, submit a cancellation request, choose the correct cancellation reason, and send additional details to our billing department for review.

Before You Cancel Your VPS Service
Before submitting a cancellation request, we strongly recommend backing up your important VPS data, MetaTrader terminals, Expert Advisors, indicators, or trading files.
- Download important files before cancellation
- Backup MT4/MT5 profiles and templates
- Cancel active subscriptions if required
- Contact support first if you face technical issues
Step 1 – Login To Your FXS VPS Client Area
First, open the FXS VPS client area and login using your registered email address and password.
Login to your FXS VPS client dashboard. Step 2 – Open “My Services”
After logging in, hover your mouse over My Servers and click My Services.
Open the My Services section from your client dashboard. Step 3 – Open Your VPS Product Details
Inside the My Products & Services page, locate your active VPS plan and click on the service name or details section.
Open the VPS product details page. Step 4 – Click “Request Cancellation”
On the VPS product details page, scroll to the Actions section and click Request Cancellation.
Click the Request Cancellation option from the VPS management page. Step 5 – Select Cancellation Reason & Submit Request
You will now see the cancellation request form. Here you need to:
- Select the reason for cancellation
- Choose the cancellation type
- Add additional details if needed
- Submit your cancellation request
Fill out the cancellation form and submit your request to the billing department. What Happens After Submitting The Request?
After you submit the request, the cancellation ticket will automatically go to our billing department for manual review.
- Your VPS service remains active during review
- Billing team may contact you if additional details are needed
- Cancellation becomes effective only after approval
- You may continue using the VPS until final confirmation
