Exness VPS
Exness VPS —
the server name decides everything.
Exness runs several dozen server groups across MT4 and MT5, numbered rather than named. Which one your account sits on decides which of our cities you want, and the number gives no clue.
Where are Exness servers?
Across several groups in Asia and Europe, and the group number does not tell you which. Send us the server name from your terminal and we will measure yours before you order.

Latency to Exness,
from every city.
Read inside MT4 and MT5 against a live account, taken as the median of a week. Not an ICMP ping — that travels a different path and gives a number you cannot act on.
Two accounts at Exness can read wildly different figures from the same city, because they sit on different server groups. The number that matters is the one measured against yours.
Which city
your account wants.
Open MT4 or MT5, look at the login window, and find the server name. That string decides everything on this page.
Exness runs more server groups than any other broker we measure. Sending us the exact string takes a minute and saves you moving city a month later.
Trade enough and
the VPS is free.
Volume on an account linked to us comes off your invoice. How much depends on the account type more than on the broker.

Any plan works with any broker. Which city you want depends on your server group, not on the plan.
The server number tells you
nothing about the location.
Ten groups, four countries, no pattern
Most brokers run two or three server groups, and you can guess which one you are on from where you opened the account. Exness runs several dozen, numbered rather than named, and the number carries no geography at all.
The measurements above are the proof. MT5Real34 answers from Amsterdam, MT5Real35 from Frankfurt, MT5Real36 from London — three consecutive numbers, three countries. MT5Real25 is in Beauharnois, Canada, sitting between two Singapore groups in the same numbering.
There is no rule to learn here, which is why this page lists them individually rather than telling you “Exness is in Singapore” and leaving you to find out otherwise.
Demo accounts are not on the live servers
Exness-Trial10 answers from New York and Exness-MT5Trial9 from London, while the live groups with similar numbers sit elsewhere entirely. Testing your latency on a demo account tells you nothing useful about your live one.
This catches people out regularly: they rent a VPS, test it against a demo, see a good figure, and then find the live account is on the other side of the world. Read the server name off the account you actually trade.
Cent accounts change the free-VPS arithmetic
Exness offers cent accounts where one lot is a hundredth of a standard lot. The rebate follows real volume rather than the lot count on your statement, so a hundred cent lots is one standard lot for the purpose of covering your invoice.
Worth knowing before you count. People occasionally arrive expecting a busy month on a cent account to have covered a plan and are disappointed by two orders of magnitude.
Exness offer their own free VPS
They have run their own VPS offer, with their own volume conditions, and if you qualify for it and it suits you then take it — we would rather you did that than pay us for something you could have free.
What ours adds is the choice of city, which on this broker matters more than on most, and a machine you control rather than a fixed image. If your account is on MT5Real36 in London and their VPS is elsewhere, that difference is the whole argument. If it is not, theirs is the cheaper answer.
Before you spend anything.
The questions our support desk actually receives, answered plainly.
Still unsure which plan or which city? Send us your broker's account server name and we will measure it before you buy.
