Something has to reach in
A webhook from TradingView, a callback from an API, a bot somebody else triggers. Inbound needs an address.
You are hosting a site
Web hosting is included with the VPS. Serving it to the public needs a public address and a domain.
A port that is not 3389
Run a service on a port of your choosing, with the firewall rules you set from the panel.
Mail, with reverse DNS
You can set the PTR record yourself. Be warned that deliverability from any VPS is hard work.
Not shared with anybody
A dedicated address. Nobody else's reputation, nobody else's blocklist entry.
