Where we run

Real facilities,
not a slice of somebody else's cloud

Our own machines, in buildings we can name, in the cities below. Latency is a distance problem — which is why the only question that matters here is how far your broker is from the one you pick.

Locations

Forty-three cities. One sits beside your broker.

Latency shown is from the node to the nearest broker hub. Move between cities free of charge, once a month.

42 cities on one network
3 hubs under 1 ms
10 Gbps uplink on selected nodes
Free city move, once a month
01

Light has a speed and so does fibre

A signal covers about 200 km per millisecond in glass, and the route is never a straight line. London to New York is around 70ms on a good day and no server anywhere changes that. Sitting in the same city as your broker is the only thing that does.

02

Your broker is in a datacentre, not a country

Most brokers run their matching engine from one of a handful of facilities — LD4 near London, NY4 in New Jersey, TY3 in Tokyo, Equinix in Singapore. A broker registered in Cyprus may well match your orders in Slough. Ask them, or measure it.

03

Milliseconds matter for some strategies and not others

Scalping and news trading feel every millisecond. A swing strategy holding for days does not. Be honest about which you are before paying for proximity you will not use.

04

The figure on this page is ours, not yours

We measure from our own probes to major hubs. Your broker, your account type and the route in between all change it. Test it against your own broker before you decide, and after.

43 Cities, and one price across all of them
1/mo Free move to any other city, once a month
TierIII+ Facilities, with power and cooling to match
NVMe Gen4 storage in every one, not just the flagship

Not sure which to pick? Tell us your broker in a ticket and we will tell you which city is closest to their servers — we do that check most days and it takes a few minutes.

Before you spend anything.

The questions our support desk actually receives, answered plainly.

Ask their support, or use the latency tool, which measures from each of our cities to the address you give it. Do not go by where the broker is registered — the company and the matching engine are often in different countries.
Move free, once a month, to any city on this page. The server is rebuilt at the other end and you copy your terminals across — or ask us and we will handle it.
The machines are the same. What differs is the distance from your broker, which is why the right city for you may be the wrong one for somebody else.
No. One price everywhere, which is unusual — several providers charge more for popular hubs and steer you towards the cheap ones.
In the main hubs we are in the same facility or one adjacent to it. Where we are not, the page for that city says so rather than implying otherwise.
Yes, as separate services. Traders running regional strategies often do — one near their European broker and one near their Asian one.

Still unsure which plan or which city? Send us your broker's account server name and we will measure it before you buy.
