Custom VPS

Tell us the shape, we build it.

The six standard sizes cover most work. When they do not — an odd ratio of memory to cores, a disk far larger than any plan carries, a city we do not list — the machine gets assembled to your figures instead. Quoted within a working day.

See the standard sizes first Which distribution?

Start here, and only ask if none of these fit.

Six sizes, built in ninety seconds, at a price already on the page. A custom build is worth the extra day only when none of them are the right shape.

Every plan here undercuts its Windows counterpart — because there is no Microsoft licence inside it. That is the whole difference: same hardware, same cities, same support.

12 distributions. Here is when each one is right.

Any of them, on any plan, reinstallable from your panel in about five minutes.

Order to root

Ninety seconds, and none of it waiting on us.

Nothing is approved by hand and nothing is queued. The only slow part is you deciding which city.

01 Send

Write down the shape

Cores, memory, disk, city. A sentence on what will run on it is worth more than any of those figures.

02 Read

A person reads it

Not a queue and not a template reply. If a standard plan fits, we will say so and you will spend less.

Price and availability

What it costs, what it sits on, and when it can be ready. No obligation attached to any of it.

04 Build

We assemble it

Longer than ninety seconds because somebody is putting it together. Root by email when it is done.

—

Most enquiries end with us pointing at a standard plan. That is a good outcome — it is cheaper for you and it arrives in ninety seconds instead of a day.

In your panel, not in a ticket queue

Six tools you will use every week.

Buttons you press yourself, included on every plan — this one too. There are more than twenty in the panel; these are the ones that change the day.

Memory out of proportion

128 GB against four cores, for a dataset that has to sit in RAM. Standard plans scale both together; a custom one does not have to.

01

Storage past the plans

Several terabytes, or a specific RAID arrangement. The standard range tops out where most people stop needing more.

02

A city we do not list

We can often reach one that is not on the map, and we will say plainly when we cannot rather than quietly substituting a neighbour.

03

Several identical machines

A cluster where every node has to match. Ordering six standard plans and hoping they land on similar hardware is not the same thing.

04

A named jurisdiction

Something that has to sit in a particular country for a licence or a contract. Tell us the requirement, not just the city.

05

No configurator, deliberately

A form that lets you pick two cores and 256 GB of RAM will happily sell it to you. We would rather read what you are running first.

06

Twenty more sit alongside them — reboots, graphs, hostname changes, Windows Update control, time zone sync. The cheapest machine has the same panel as the most expensive. See how each one works →

Before you spend anything.

The questions our support desk actually receives, answered plainly.

Probably not. If the answer is "a bit more RAM", the next standard size up is cheaper and available immediately. Custom is for shapes the range does not contain at all — a memory-to-core ratio well outside the norm, storage in terabytes, or a location we do not list.
Cores, memory, storage and city are the usual four. Tell us what else matters and we will say whether it is possible rather than guessing on the page.
It depends entirely on the shape, which is why there is no figure here. Send the specification and you will have a price the same working day, with no obligation.
Longer than a standard plan, because somebody assembles it rather than a script. The quote will carry a date and we would rather quote honestly than optimistically.
That is a different machine rather than a bigger VPS. Our GPU Server range covers it, and a card cannot be added to a standard node.
Usually a little, yes. A one-off build takes attention that a scripted one does not. If the difference matters more than the shape, take the standard plan.
Yes, and people do once their workload settles into a normal shape. The data moves with a snapshot.

Still unsure which plan or which city? Send us your broker's account server name and we will measure it before you buy.

Latency around LD4 and Amsterdam is excellent — orders feel instant. We moved four accounts across and none of them noticed a thing.

Clear pricing and low latency. Migration was seamless — they moved the whole thing over a weekend and the renewal price has not moved since.
