Cookie policy

What we keep on your device

Version 1.0 Effective 15 September 2026 Operated by 1Stop Hitech

This policy explains what we store on your device when you visit fxsvps.com, why, and how you decide. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers everything else we do with personal data.

A few cookies are needed to make the site work at all. Everything else runs only if you say yes. We do not treat silence, scrolling or continued browsing as agreement.

1What a Cookie Is

A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to keep. It can hold a preference, a sign-in, or an identifier that lets a service recognise the same browser on a later visit.

The same rules on this page apply to anything that does the same job by other means — local storage, tracking pixels, and the small background requests a script makes to a third party. Where this policy says "cookie", it means all of them.

2The Three Headings

Everything this site can store falls under one of three headings. The first cannot be switched off; the other two are off until you turn them on, and can be turned off again at any time.

2.1Strictly necessary

Signing in, keeping your basket, protecting the site from abuse, and remembering the cookie choice you made here. These do not identify you to anyone else and cannot be switched off, because without them the site does not function.

We rely on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure site for these — not on your consent. That is why they are not presented as a choice.

2.2Analytics

Google Analytics, so we can see which pages are read, which are ignored, and where people hit a problem. We use it to decide what to fix and what to write next. It is off until you turn it on.

2.3Advertising

Google Ads and the Meta pixel, so we can tell which advert, search or post led to a visit, and stop paying for the ones that do not work. This is the category that follows you between sites, so it is the one we would most understand you refusing. It is off until you turn it on.

3What This Site Uses

Every cookie this site can set is named in section 9, with who sets it, which heading it falls under, how long it is kept and what it does. That table is the same list the banner acts on: if we add a tool that sets cookies, the table and the choices are updated before it goes live.

Until you choose, none of the optional ones exist on your device. The scripts that would set them are written into the page inert, with their type changed so the browser will not run them, and they are started only if and when you allow the category they belong to.

4Who Else Is Involved

When you allow a category, the relevant scripts load from these companies, and they receive your IP address and information about your browser:

GoogleAnalytics, Ads and Tag Manager. See their privacy policy.
MetaThe Facebook and Instagram pixel. See their privacy policy.

Google Translate loads only if you pick another language from the switcher at the top of the page. Fonts and static files are served from our own CDN, and set nothing.

5Changing Your Mind

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer at any time. Turning a category off stops those scripts from running again and removes the cookies in that category that we can reach from your browser.

Cookies already set by a third party under their own domain may need clearing in your browser settings; every major browser can delete cookies for a single site.

Your choice is kept in a cookie called fxs_consent for six months, on this device and browser only. After that we ask again. We also ask again if this policy changes in a way that affects what runs.

6Do Not Track and Global Signals

Browsers send a "Do Not Track" header inconsistently and it has no agreed meaning, so we do not rely on it. The choice you make on this site is the one we act on.

7Your Rights

If you are in the UK, the EEA or another place with comparable law, you can ask what personal data we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it, through the same footer link.

See the Privacy Policy for how to make a request, and how to complain to a supervisory authority if you are not satisfied with our answer.

8Contact

Questions about this policy: support@fxsvps.com, or open a ticket from your client area.

If we add a tool that sets cookies, this page and the choices behind the footer link are updated before it goes live.

9Every Cookie in Full

The complete list follows — the same one the banner acts on, not a separate description of it. The button under the table reopens your choices.
