Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of FxSVPS services and infrastructure (“Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP, our Terms & Conditions, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Policy Goal: We maintain this AUP to protect our customers, our network, and our payment partners by preventing abuse, fraud, and illegal activity.
1. General Rules
- You must use the Services lawfully and responsibly.
- You may not attempt to disrupt, degrade, or harm our network, systems, or other customers.
- You are responsible for all activity performed through your account and VPS, including activity by end users.
- You must maintain reasonable security on your VPS (strong passwords, updates, firewall rules, etc.).
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited. This list is not exhaustive.
- Fraud & Payment Abuse: card testing, stolen cards, chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or any deceptive practices.
- Malware & Unauthorized Access: malware, ransomware, trojans, botnets, credential theft, brute force attacks, scanning for vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access.
- DDoS & Network Abuse: denial-of-service attacks, traffic flooding, or any activity designed to overwhelm systems or networks.
- Spam & Messaging Abuse: unsolicited bulk email, SMS, spam campaigns, phishing emails, or email list harvesting.
- Illegal Content: content that violates laws or regulations, including illegal trafficking, exploitation, or prohibited materials.
- Copyright Violations: distributing copyrighted content without authorization.
- Hacking Tools for Abuse: using or distributing tools primarily designed for illegal access or harm (e.g., malware kits, botnet controllers).
- High-Risk Financial Misuse: impersonation of financial institutions, illegal money movement, or deceptive “investment/returns” schemes.
- Cryptomining: cryptomining is not allowed unless explicitly permitted in writing under your plan.
- Resource Abuse: excessive CPU, disk I/O, bandwidth, or any use that negatively impacts service stability or other customers beyond the plan’s intended use.
3. Email Sending & Port Restrictions
To reduce fraud and spam risk, outbound email ports may be restricted by default. If you need to send email, you must request approval and follow our compliance requirements.
- Mass mailing is not allowed.
- Phishing, spoofing, or misleading headers are prohibited.
- We may require verification and additional controls before allowing outbound SMTP.
4. Abuse Handling & Enforcement
If we detect or reasonably suspect violations of this AUP, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning and request corrective action
- Temporarily suspend the VPS or specific services
- Block network ports or traffic associated with abuse
- Terminate service for severe or repeated violations
- Report activity to appropriate authorities when required by law
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Maintain updated software, security patches, and secure remote access.
- Do not share VPS access with unknown or untrusted parties.
- Keep backups of important data. FxSVPS is not responsible for data loss caused by customer misconfiguration or abuse incidents.
- Respond to abuse reports or verification requests in a timely manner.

7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
